Terms and Conditions
Clean Credit Futures provides credit profile review, consumer education and administrative dispute assistance. Services do not guarantee credit listing removal, credit score improvement, finance approval, debt cancellation or any particular outcome.
The service is intended to help clients understand supplied credit information and prepare responsible administrative steps where a matter may be suitable for enquiry or dispute.
Credit profile review pricing starts from R495. Final fees are confirmed before work begins and may depend on the scope of support required.
The client agrees to provide accurate information, respond to reasonable requests for supporting documents, and not upload false, misleading or unlawfully obtained records.
Clean Credit Futures may pause or decline work where information is incomplete, unlawful, misleading, outside scope, or where a conflict or compliance concern exists.
Clean Credit Futures is not responsible for credit bureau decisions, credit provider decisions, finance approval, credit score calculations, lawful listings, court records, regulatory decisions or third-party delays outside its control.
Privacy Notice
This privacy notice forms part of the Terms and Conditions. Clean Credit Futures may process personal information supplied by the client for onboarding, case assessment, communication, record keeping, compliance and service delivery.
Personal information may include identity details, contact details, credit-related documents, correspondence, consent records and documents uploaded to the portal.
Information is handled only for legitimate service, compliance and administrative purposes, and access should be limited to authorised persons involved in the matter.
Information may be shared with credit bureaus, credit providers, service providers or professional advisers where authorised, required for service delivery or reasonably necessary for compliance and secure operations.
POPIA Notice
This POPIA notice forms part of the Terms and Conditions. The client has rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act, including the right to ask what personal information is held, request correction where appropriate, and raise a privacy concern.
By registering, the client confirms that Clean Credit Futures may process the supplied information for the requested services and related compliance records.
If Clean Credit Futures is asked to assist with a credit report or bureau process, a specific consent or mandate may be required before action is taken.
Consent should be clear, specific and linked to the relevant service step. Mandate-based actions should only proceed after the mandate is signed or accepted.
Disclaimer
This disclaimer forms part of the Terms and Conditions. Clean Credit Futures is not a credit bureau, court, lender or debt cancellation service. Advice and support are administrative and educational unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
No promise is made that a listing will be removed, a score will improve, finance will be approved, or a creditor or bureau will decide in the client's favour.
Clients who need legal advice, litigation, debt counselling, insolvency advice, court representation or urgent legal protection should contact a suitably qualified professional.
Mandate and Credit Report Assistance
Mandate and credit report assistance provisions form part of the Terms and Conditions. If the client asks Clean Credit Futures to assist with a credit report, bureau communication or document processing, Clean Credit Futures may require a separate signed mandate before action is taken.
The client may choose to request and upload their own credit report, use bureau links, or ask Clean Credit Futures for mandate-based assistance where legally and operationally available.
A mandate does not guarantee that a bureau, credit provider or other third party will accept a request, amend a record or respond within a specific timeframe.
The full Terms and Conditions remain available at terms.html.
